  • What device do I need to use Vista Television?

    For the best experience, it’s best to use a FireStick or Android Device for your Vista application. It does not need to be a new one, but we strongly recommend one that is HD or higher. Once you have the device, installation/set-up takes under 5 minutes & detailed instructions are included. SmartTV’s are often not powerful enough, it’s best to add a device.

  • I am NOT tech-saavy. How hard is this to set-up?

    Don’t worry, the application is very easy to set-up! It involves 3 simple parts: change a setting on your FireStick, enter a URL to download the application, and enjoy. If you are using a brand new FireStick, it may take 3-5 minutes to do the initial device setup. However, from there, we estimate it can take anywhere from 5 -20 minutes to get everything working/installed (depending on the user). Our IT team is also available if you need help!

  • Are you connected to other Vista providers?

    NO! We are the ORIGINAL provider of the Vista IPTV service. While there are other companies that attempt to use our name, they cannot replicate our quality & service. Make sure you purchase directly from VistaHDTV.com, any other place using our name is not affiliated with us.

  • Can I use XTream Codes/TiViMate/3rd Party Services?

    YES! You can access our application through a variety of means. While the majority of our clients use our standalone application on FireStick, we absolutely offer access via other devices. Please make sure to select Xtream Codes during checkout so the team knows to include those links with your order. Our service can work on Firestick, nVidia Shield (or other Android Device), TiviMate, VLC, IPTV Smarters, and more!! BOTH on Home TV as well as Mobile devices!

  • Does Internet Speed Matter?

    Short Answer - Yes.

    Longer answer, and this relates to ALL kinds of video streaming in general: For a 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second, you'll need a minimum of 6-9 Mbps. For 1080p at a higher frame rate of 60 frames per second, you'll need at least 10-12 Mbps. If you're aiming for the ultimate streaming quality with a 4K resolution at 60 frames per second, you'll typically need a minimum of 30-35 Mbps (And note: Not all content is available in 4K).

  • How long does it take for my service to activate?

    Almost 99% of service plans are activated within 24 hours of ordering! We ask for 8 - 12 hours to get everything properly connected, but in many cases we are able to complete it before then. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after ordering. Then, you will hear from our service team within a few hours after ordering with full installation instructions (we also recommend having a FireStick prior to ordering just to speed up the process).

  • Do I need to sign up for Amazon Prime for it to work?

    NO, absolutely not! You only need a FireStick (or Android Device) so you can download/use the application, and for easy navigation (since it’s a built-in remote control).

    Please note: An internet connection speed of at least 10 Mbps is required for use, and +25 Mbps is recommended for best/4K quality (when available). Most home connections will easily surpass this, but it’s something to note when traveling.

  • Is the use of an IPTV service legal?

    Generally speaking, yes! However, it will depend on the specific service and your use of it. This application is meant to provide legal access to free publicly broadcasted consumer content, as well as content a viewer may already own.

    Any other use of it is done at the discretion of the individual user. Please check with your local regulations as they will vary heavily by region.

  • What kind of TV do I need for viewing?

    You can actually use far more than a TV! You can use any device that has an HDMI input. The majority of our users connect to a standard TV, however, we have many customers that use the service on a projector, or a side monitor while they work/game, etc. If it has an HDMI input, that’s all you need!

    Please note: If trying to use a FireStick or Android Device on a laptop, not all laptops with HDMI ports allow for input. MOST are actually output-only, in which case you won’t be able to use that port for viewing.

  • What payments do you accept?

  • Do you offer refunds?
